Buderim offers many different shopping precincts: Let’s begin at Gloucester Road & work our way into Main Street. It’s quite a busy part of town with Manawee Nursery, Art Nuvo Gallery & Buderim Auto & Tyre Service, as well as Buderim Mowers & A1 TV Repairs. At the traffic lights on the corner of Gloucester Rd & Main Street you’ll find the Gloucester Centre next to the Buderim Mountain State School, housing Le Baroque French Restaurant, Ritz Hair Salon, Belly2Baby & others.

In Main Street opposite Buderim Mountain Primary School you’ll find Middy’s Complex, a busy little cluster of retailers that opens early in the morning to the aroma of freshly baked bread at the bakery. There is parking behind Middy’s Complex, accessed from Ballinger Rd via Ballinger Court. Upstairs you’ll find the office of Buderim Chronicle & Buderim Weekly, Buderim’s local newspapers, Buderim Design Studio, Kip McGrath Tuition, & others. At street level with parking directly out the front of the shops, there’s Insite Realty, Buderim Police Beat, Buderim Hair Salon, Devine Cafe, Guilty Boutique & Buderim Gourmet Butchers. Ballinger Place is the newest commercial precinct & the home of Ellerfield Financial Solutions, Buderim Serviced Offices, Gribbles Pathology & others.

Walking across the pedestrian crossing in Ballinger Rd, you are at The Hub. The Hub is iconic as it sits above the traffic on a rock wall & wraps itself effortlessly around the central Buderim roundabout where Main Street meets Burnett Street & links in with Ballinger Road & Lindsay Road. There is parking behind the Hub, accessed from Ballinger Rd between the Hub & Bakers Lawyers. There’s a great mix of retailers here; Buderim Pre-Loved Boutique, Innocent Boutique, Headlines Salon, Top Rentals on Buderim, Loxton Accountants, Heritage Building Society, Linda’s Beauty, Oceanwares, Soul Diva, Purr-dantik, Countrymen’s & Ladies Outfitters, Rom Ferrier Solicitor, Kitchen, Bar & More, Julie Anne Boutique, Buderim Florist, Curly’s Menswear, Buderim Craft & Framing & the now licensed & BYO Milans Pizza & Pasta. Next to Milans is a narrow walkway connecting back to the Hub carpark.

Centrally located in Burnett Street is the Telstra Shop, Badgers Books with Renee our resident clairvoyant, Buderim Barber & the quirky One Shoe Lulu, complete with little garden out the front. Next up is Kooshka Hair & Fashion, Unsane Streetwear is tucked in between & next to them is the Simply Comfort Shoe Store. On the edge of Buderim’s centrepiece piazza called ‘Nyenaman’ (aboriginal for meeting place) is Buderim Village Square housing Red Rooster, the Suncorp & National Australia Banks with Willcocks & Associates Accountants tucked around the corner. A driveway next to the National Bank leads to a great lot of parking behind these shops & also residental apartments. Across this driveway just off the street is Genesis Hair & Beauty, The Buderim Ginger Shoppe, upstairs is The Vault Jewellery Showroom & below facing the street is Merlots Cafe with it’s sunny outdoor dining verandah.

Directly opposite the pedestrian traffic lights in central Burnett Street, set back off the street is Avocado Gardens with a ramp & steps leading up to Meg’s Boutique, Buderim Bookends, Ninny Pinny’s Scrapbooking & Gifts, Nimble Stitches & front & centre is Backofen with indoor/outdoor dining set on a platform courtyard.

Gloria Jeans have outdoor dining here as do Taste This cafe. Next door is Century 21 Real Estate & Buderim Marketplace Dental. Facing the car park behind these shops you’ll find Bakers Delight & Spec Savers optometrists. The Buderim Pharmacy has entrances from both Burnett Street & the Woolworths carpark & the Buderim Marketplace Medical Centre is on the corner facing the smaller 2nd roundabout in Burnett Street which also leads into the Woolworths Carpark. If you drive in straight ahead next to the delivery bays you’ll find Woolworths undercover parking with a ramp to the front door..

The BWS bottleshop is on the other corner to the entrance of Woolworths & is the place to visit if you need a bottle of wine when you are dining BYO in Buderim. Next door is the fabulous Buderim Tavern with sensational views across the Coast from Caloundra to Mooloolaba.

Next to the Tavern in Burnett Street are the last retail shops on the Coast side; at street level the Aids to Independent Living store & Chelsea Blue Body Studio & upstairs, The Local on Buderim. A five minute walk from here brings you to the sweeping views from our newly redesigned Buderim Lions Park with seats, BBQ’s, swings & loos.

Coming into Buderim from the southern end via Crosby Hill Rd or Mons Rd, you first see Tiffany Jones Fine Art Gallery on your way in on the corner of Burnett St & Townsend Rd. On the other corner is Edenlea Retirement Resort & next to them is Vandy’s Garage & Coco Bloom (opposite Buderim Lions Park). The business & retail sector of Burnett St starts here with suites at the Buderim Professional Centre housing ABC Dentistry for kids, the elegant Siana Hill Gifts & Homewares, Trevor Hicks Realty on Buderim, Fuss Law & Your Loan Adviser. Next door set back off the street in the converted residence is Loan Market & then Mitre 10 Hardware. Buderim Mall starts here with Gone Bonkers, Harcourts & Daze & Nites Lingerie. Drive into off-street parking at Buderim Mall with CFL Realty on the corner, Buderim Pizza, Buderim Cupcake Teahouse, Circuit Slim Gym for Women, Keen Living & Design & Buderim Veterinary Clinic facing Burnett St on the other Buderim Mall corner. Chilli Charlies is next, directly opposite the Buderim Tavern & then Ord Minnett with a driveway leading to yet more parking behind the shops. The building at the roundabout is home to Ballingers on Buderim with the sensational bookstore Books of Buderim tucked in behind Ballingers, a literal treasure trove for bibliophiles accessed via their sunny, outdoor courtyard.

A walkway leads to parking behind Buderim Heritage Plaza, right next to Blockbuster Buderim, Flight Centre, Essence Boutique, Capers Deli Cafe, ekg hair salon, & Ray White Buderim with the driveway leading to plenty more parking right behind the shops in the heart of Buderim. Opposite Buderim Marketplace in central Burnett Street, there’s Cute Kids Interiors & The Chopping Block Cafe, with the Commonwealth Bank & Bank of Queensland next to Realway Property Consultants. The ANZ Bank is next in line down Burnett St, followed by DLD Discounts & the Buderim Foodstore Minimart. There’s also the Westpac Bank & a lovely cafe dining courtyard housing Array Hair Design, Gingers Boutique & Cafe Buderim, with Brown Realty fronting Burnett Street. Next door is Buderim Health Foods, & Ken Guy Buderim, with a a walkway beside Ken Guy through the pine trees down to a large car parking area behind the Buderim Central shops, accessed from the Post Office on Lindsay Rd. A stand alone building houses Cameron Rogers & Associates Solicitors & the piece de resistance, the very special iconic little heritage building that the Buderim community bought & paid for together, the Buderim Old Post Office Community Information Centre situated right at the roundabout where it meets Lindsay Rd. A short wander past the legendary poinciana tree at the roundabout & through the avenue of greenery you’re at Buderim Central with parking both front & rear. This is a busy centre with the Buderim Post Office surrounded by Chinese Medicine, Sunlit Technology Computer Store, DeMarco’s Hair & Beauty, Buderim Meats, Buderim Healing, Buderim Laundrette, Fenwicks Fruit Emporium, Carrington Travel, Buds on Buderim florist, Buderim Pool & Spa, Buderim Drycleaners & on the other side of the Buderim Post Office & Private Post Boxes, A1 Home Loans, Buderim Hair Salon, Rangoli’s Indian Restaurant, Peak Tower Restaurant, Cartridge World & Carvosso & Winship Solicitors with James McKean Accountants & other service businesses upstairs. Continuing across Martins Creek & up Lindsay Rd you’ll find Lindsay Gardens Retirement Village & crossing the road not far away is Buderim Cottages, a great place to stay, so close to Buderim Village & all it has to offer!
