Buderim offers many different shopping precincts: Let’s begin at Gloucester Road & work our way into Main Street
. It’s quite a busy part of town with Manawee Nursery, Art Nuvo Gallery & Buderim Auto & Tyre Service, as well as Buderim Mowers. At the traffic lights on the corner of Gloucester Rd & Main Street you’ll find the Gloucester Centre next to the Buderim Mountain State School, housing Le Baroque French Restaurant, Ritz Hair Salon, Bliss on Buderim & others.
In Main Street opposite Buderim Mountain Primary School
you’ll find Middy’s Complex, a busy little cluster of retailers that opens early in the morning to the aroma of freshly
baked bread at the bakery. There is parking behind Middy’s Complex, accessed from Ballinger Rd via Ballinger Court. Upstairs you’ll find the office of Buderim Chronicle, Buderim’s
local newspaper, Buderim Design Studio, Kip McGrath Tuition, & others. At street level with parking directly out the front of the shops, there’s Belle Coastal Living, Buderim Police
Beat, Altogether Hair Salon, Cafe Devine, Shoe Haven & Buderim Gourmet Butchers. Facing the street is Harvey World Travel, Luke’s IGA Buderim Convenience Store, Pizza Capers Buderim, Bread on Buderim bakery, Hungry Feel Eating House, Diamonds of Distinction with their huge range of Pandora

Walking across the pedestrian crossing in Ballinger Rd, you are at The Buderim Hub. The Hub is iconic as it sits above
the traffic on a rock wall & wraps itself effortlessly around the central Buderim roundabout where Main Street meets Burnett Street & links in with Ballinger Road & Lindsay Road. There is
parking behind the Hub, accessed from Ballinger Rd. There’s a great mix of retailers here; facing the car park is The Internet Sweet Lolly Shop & Internet Cafe, on the street front
is Buderim Pre-Loved Boutique, Innocent Boutique, Headlines Salon, Top Rentals on Buderim, Endeavour Foundation Op
Shop, Heritage Building Society, Linda’s Beauty on Buderim, Viva Sea Seafood & Cafe, Soul Diva Boutique, Purr-dantik Boutique, Countrymen’s & Ladies Outfitters, Rom Ferrier Solicitor, Kitchen, Bar & More, Julie Anne Boutique, Buderim Florist, Curly’s Menswear, Koko Homewares & the now licensed & BYO Milans Pizza & Pasta. Next to Milans is a convenient walkway connecting you back to the Hub carpark.
Centrally located in Burnett Street is the Telstra One Zero Shop, Badgers Books with Renee our resident Buderim clairvoyant, Buderim
Barber & Shine Boutique, complete with little garden out the front. Next up on Burnett St is Kooshka Hair & Fashion & Simply Comfort Shoe Store. On the edge of Buderim’s centrepiece piazza called ‘Nyenaman’ (aboriginal for meeting place) is Buderim Village Square
housing Red Rooster, the Suncorp & National Australia Bank with Willcocks & Associates Accountants tucked around the corner. A driveway next to the National Bank leads to a great lot of parking
behind these shops & also residental apartments. Across this driveway just off the street is ekg Hair & Beauty, The Buderim Ginger Shoppe, upstairs there is professional offices & below facing the street
is Piccolo’s Cafe with it’s sunny outdoor dining verandah.
Directly opposite the pedestrian traffic lights in central Burnett Street, set back off the street is Avocado Gardens
with a ramp & steps leading up to Meg’s Boutique, Buderim Bookends, Nimble Stitches &
Sunshine FM Community Radio Station. Front & centre is Backofen Bakery Cafe with indoor/outdoor dining set on a platform courtyard.
Next to Backofen is the entrance to Buderim Marketplace with plenty of carparking & Woolworths supermarket with the best view in
Buderim. Domino’s Pizza is on the entrance corner & off the street facing the carpark you’ll find Stella Fashions, Rainbow Noodles & Sushi, Subway, Buderim Jewellers on the corner of the walkway & in the Piazza facing Burnett Street is Surf Planet & on the Burnett St
street frontage itself is the Buderim Newsagent. Gloria Jeans have outdoor dining here as do Taste This cafe & takeaway. Next door is Century 21 Real Estate & Buderim Marketplace Dental. Facing the car park behind these shops you’ll find Bakers Delight & Spec Savers optometrists. The Buderim Pharmacy has entrances from both Burnett Street & the Woolworths carpark & the Buderim Marketplace Medical Centre is on the
corner facing the smaller 2nd roundabout in Burnett Street which also leads into the Woolworths Carpark. If you drive in straight ahead next to the delivery bays you’ll find Woolworths
undercover parking with a ramp walkway right up to the front door.
The BWS bottleshop is on the other corner to the entrance of Woolworths & is the place to visit if you need a bottle of wine when you are dining BYO in Buderim. Next door is the
fabulous Buderim Tavern with sensational views across the Coast from Caloundra to Mooloolaba.
Next to the Tavern in Burnett Street are the last retail shops on the Coast side; at street level the Aids to Independent Living store. (Upstairs is a vacant restaurant & bar awaiting a
visionary master chef with culinary ambitions). A five minute walk from here brings you to the sweeping views from our newly redesigned Buderim Lions Park
with seats, BBQ’s, swings & public toilets - Buderim’s very own loo with a view!
Coming into Buderim from the southern end via Crosby Hill Rd or Mons Rd, you first see Tiffany Jones Fine Art Gallery on your way in
on the corner of Burnett St & Townsend Rd. On the other corner is Edenlea Retirement Resort & next to them is Vandy’s Garage & Martial Art Supplies (opposite Buderim Lions Park). The business & retail sector of Burnett St starts here with Hilltop hair Salon, suites at the Buderim Professional Centre housing ABC Dentistry for kids, Realty Excellence, BNC Financial Services, State Member for Buderim, Steve Dickson MP, Fuss Law & Your Loan Adviser. A bit further down Burnett St Buderim Mall
starts here with Gone Bonkers, Belle Property Buderim & Daze & Nites Lingerie. Drive into off-street parking at Buderim Mall with Buderim Pizzeria, Beracah Homewares,
Gifts & Interiors, Buderim Shoe Repairs & Trophies, Body House Beauty Clinic, Heather Saxon Designer Jewellery, Circuit Slim Gym for Women, Kuddly Kids, Rosie’s Cafe on Buderim &
Mountain View Veterinary Clinic facing Burnett St on the other Buderim Mall corner. Rasoi Indian Restaurant is next, directly opposite the Buderim Tavern & then Ord Minnett with a driveway
leading to yet more parking behind the shops. The building at the roundabout is home to Ballingers on Buderim with the sensational bookstore Books of Buderim tucked in behind
Ballingers, a literal treasure trove for bibliophiles accessed via their sunny, outdoor courtyard.
A walkway leads to parking behind Buderim Heritage Plaza, right next to Blockbuster Buderim, Flight Centre, Capers Deli Cafe, Next Property Group, Bendigo Bank & Ray White Buderim with the
driveway leading to plenty more parking right behind the shops in the heart of Buderim. Opposite Buderim Marketplace in central Burnett Street
, there’s Henzells Buderim & The Chopping Block Cafe, with the Commonwealth Bank & Bank of Queensland next to Realway (&
Brown Realty) Property Consultants. The ANZ Bank is next in line down Burnett St, followed by the Buderim Foodworks Convenience Supermarket (& the best BBQ

special iconic little heritage building that the Buderim community bought & paid for together, the Buderim Old Post Office Community Information Centre
