Buderim celebrates 150 years of community spirit in 2012

Buderim is a picturesque township atop Buderim Mountain overlooking Queensland’s spectacular Sunshine Coast. Through our Virtual Village, we aim to make Buderim accessible to people 24 hours a day, because Buderim is the kind of place that once you visit, you always want to return to. In a British Airways Survey a number of years ago, Buderim was named 3rd after Paris & Aspen as the most desirable place to live in the world.

The original Buderim website, BuderimVillage.com.au was officially launched at Buderim’s Street Party on Friday 20 October 2000 & continues to grow with regular updates. While our real-world Buderim Village is celebrating 150 years of community spirit this year by blossoming into this charming, friendly, ambient village, BuderimVillage.com.au has reached a milestone of its own — this will be our 12th year online — yes — 24/7 all Buderim Village, all the time. We celebrate our 12th Birthday all month long during October 2012 as Buderim’s original & all-time favourite website!
